No advertising or promotion of any kind activities including begging except content and usage inside Yagoloo, such as chat rooms and user profiles.
No discussion of any illegal, misleading, malicious, discriminatory activities or threats of violence (ie. illicit drugs, including medical marijuana, threats of suicide, self-injury, or physical harm, hacking/cracking). Discussions of suicide and self-harm are not permitted.
No discussion of hate speech, threatening, racist, obscene or vulgar language or messages.
No posts that attack, bully, harass, threaten, impersonate, intimidate, insult, troll, flame, defame, or abuse others.
No posts of copyrighted material, lengthy articles, or posts of an overtly religious nature

Privacy policy

There are many different ways for you to use our services – to search for and share information, to communicate with other people or to create new content. When you share information with us, for example by creating a Yagoloo account, we can make those services even better, to help you connect with people or to make sharing with others quicker and easier.

What information do we collect?

For example, many of our features require you to login using Yagoloo account. When you do, we’ll obtain personal information, such as your name, email address, profile photo from the Login service provider. If you want to take full advantage of the sharing features that we offer, we might also ask you to select what information you like to show in your profile.

Device information

We may collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information, including phone number). Yagoloo may associate your device identifiers or phone number with your Yagoloo account.

Log information

When you use our services or view content provided by Yagoloo, we may automatically collect and store certain information in server logs. This may include:

details of how you used our service, such as message content.
Internet protocol address.
device event information, such as crashes, system activity, hardware settings, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and referral URL.
cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your Yagoloo account

We may collect and process information about your actual location using various technologies to determine location, such as sensor data from your device.

Local storage

We may collect and store information (including personal information) locally on your device, using mechanisms such as browser web storage (including HTML 5) and application data caches.

The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

If other users already have your email or other information that identifies you, we may show them your publicly visible Google Profile information, such as your name and photo.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at anytime by logging into their control panel and going to the 'Edit Profile' page.

Terms of service

This agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your (you are hereafter referred to as User) use of the Yagoloo community (hereafter referred to as Yagoloo).

These terms may be modified by Yagoloo, and such modifications will be effective upon posting by Yagoloo on the web site.

By using Yagoloo, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to

abide by all of the Terms of Use of this agreement. Content refers information published, posted, uploaded or granted to be retrieved from other sites,

including but not limited to User profile information, User actions, chat rooms, chat discussions, chat messages and photos.

Basic terms

User is responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
User is not allowed to act, post or send to other members any information or content that is illegal by the law, or against the rules of the service. Complete rules are available, or referred, under Rules section in Yagoloo.com.
User is not allowed to post or send to any members any material that infringes or violates another's rights (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).
User is only entitled to use the service through normal web browsers. Any further use of additional programs, scripts or do anything that could disable or impair the proper working or appearance of Yagoloo, such as a denial of service attack or interference.
Pretending to act as another person by disclosing false information, including but not limited to gender, age or photo, is strictly forbidden.
User is not allowed to use errors in the programming for one's own advantage. No measures may be taken either which lead to an overload of the servers, as this may massively affect the operation of the service for all Users.
User is not allowed to encourage any violations of Terms of service or any rules published by Yagoloo.
Violating any of these terms, according to Yagoloo's judgement, will lead to one or more of the following:

* temporary penalty
* account termination
* a permanent ban
* deletion or change of any or all User related content, such as pictures, in-service currency, user profile, friend lists, usage history, account abilities

General conditions

Yagoloo reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject, cancel or cease operation any User account or Content it deems unacceptable, without prior notice. The reason will be justified if this becomes necessary, however Yagoloo is under no obligation to provide such justification.
Yagoloo gives no warranty or guarantee about the availability of the service. It is provided "as is", and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Yagoloo are continuously updated, adjusted, extended and modified in order to make the service interesting for a large number of Users long term. User is not entitled to any justification due changes done in service logic, technology or functionality, even if User have bought in-service currency.
In-service currency can not be refunded once bought, nor send to another user.
Users are advised not to hold several accounts at the same time. User acknowledges that several operations may be blocked if they are deemed as an act of multi-accounting. Even Yagoloo makes it best efforts to make fair detection, Users using same computer or other shared network resources can be deemed as a same person even that would not be true in reality.
User is aware that the Yagoloo - like all services - can not be completely fault-free. Yagoloo makes it's best effort to minimize technical and logical problems, and may, but is not entitled, to compensate Users in such cases where severe problems occur. These compensations are done by fixing the problem, or if this is not practical enough, in-service currency are given to a User. If the problem affects all or a relatively large number of Users, it is interpreted that Users are treated equally and no compensations are paid. User is not entitled to any compensation due an error listed in "known issues" list in Yagoloo website. If compensation is paid, the amount is defined by the magnitude of the problem and the maximum amount of in-service currency bought in last 30 days.
User is aware that the Yagoloo - like all services - may have logic which User is not aware or works against User assumption. It is also possible that there are incorrect or misleading information available, even Yagoloo makes it's best effort that this shall not happen. User is not entitled for a compensation in this kind of cases.
In all cases, Yagoloo is not liable for loss of data or any damages the service might cause you, your computer, or anything else related to you.
Yagoloo reserves right to communicate only in english language even other languages might, might not be or might be partly available.

Proprietary rights and content on Yagoloo

User may clear their existing account at any time. User acknowledges that all data may not be deleted or be made hidden in such case for techincal and practical reasons.
User do not gain ownership any of the elements of the service, including but not limited to in-service currency and account data.
User data and Content can be automatically retrieved from other services. This is considered same as publishing own content.
By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the Yagoloo, User grants to Yagoloo a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce and translate such Content, including without limitation distributing part or all of the Site in any media formats through any media channels, except content not shared publicly.
Some of the Yagoloo are supported by advertising and may display advertisements and promotions, and User hereby agree that Yagoloo may place such advertising and promotions on the Yagoloo or on, about, or in conjunction with content posted by you. The manner, mode and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without specific notice to you.

Operating law

Yagoloo operates under law of Estonia in European Union.
